The Moon completes its cycle roughly every 29.5 days. Across cultures, people have used this rhythm to plant, harvest, pray and heal. Working with the Moon gives your intentions a natural structure: begin, build, celebrate, release, rest.

New Moon: plant your seeds

The sky is dark and full of potential. Write three intentions in the present tense ("I welcome…", "I am…"), read them aloud and keep them somewhere you will see them.

Waxing Moon: take action

As the Moon grows, so does momentum. Take one small, concrete step each day towards your intentions. This is the time to begin projects, make calls and say yes.

Full Moon: celebrate and release

Emotions and clarity peak. Write down what you are grateful for, then write what you are ready to release: habits, fears, old stories. Safely burn or tear up the release list, and consider a salt bath for soul cleansing.

Waning Moon: rest and reflect

As light fades, turn inward. Declutter, rest, forgive and prepare the ground for the next New Moon. Our Horoscopes page shows the live Moon phase and illumination every day, so you always know where you are in the cycle.
