I have worked as an energy practitioner and spiritual guide since 2017, first at Abhay Healing Center, then at the Aum Karma Center for Holistic Studies, and now through my own practice in Ontario.

No. Everything here is spiritual care offered alongside medical and professional support, never instead of it. Meg does not diagnose or treat illness and will never ask you to stop any treatment.

Mind body spirit is a holistic approach to wellbeing that treats your thoughts, physical health and inner or spiritual life as one connected whole. Practices such as meditation, astrology, tarot, energy healing and Ayurveda-inspired routines are used to bring these three parts back into balance.
