What karma really is

Karma is not punishment. In Sanskrit it simply means action: every thought, word and deed creates an energetic imprint that returns to us as experience. Some of that karma is gentle and supportive; some returns as challenge, asking us to learn what we missed the first time.

Vedic wisdom describes three kinds of karma: Sanchita (the total store carried across lifetimes), Prarabdha (the portion ripening in this life) and Kriyamana (the karma we create right now). Karma healing works with all three, releasing what is stored, easing what is ripening and helping you plant better seeds today.

How karmic patterns show up

Karmic patterns rarely announce themselves. They look like "bad luck" that keeps choosing the same shape: the partner who always leaves, the business that stalls at the same stage, the sudden illness before every big step. They often feel older than you, as if you know how the story ends before it starts.

Karmic ties with people carry a particular intensity: instant familiarity, magnetic attraction or unexplained conflict. These relationships are teachers. Once the lesson is learned, the tie can soften, transform or end with gratitude instead of pain.

How a karma healing session unfolds

We begin with the pattern you most want to change. Through intuitive reading, your birth chart or the Akashic Records, we trace where it began: in this life, your family line or a previous incarnation. We then work with forgiveness, cord release, prayer and mantra to dissolve the imprint.

You leave with clarity on the lesson, a simple daily remedy (a mantra, an act of seva or a ritual) and an intention to anchor the new pattern. Many clients notice shifts in the weeks that follow, as situations that once repeated begin to resolve differently.

Ho’oponopono karma release

  1. Sit quietly and bring to mind the pattern or person connected to the heaviness you feel.
  2. Place your hand on your heart and breathe slowly for a minute, letting your body soften.
  3. Silently repeat: "I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you." Say it to the situation, the person and yourself.
  4. Visualise a thread of grey light between you and the pattern dissolving into golden light.
  5. Write one new choice you will make the next time the pattern appears, and keep it where you can see it.

Questions about karma healing

Is karma a punishment?

No. In spiritual traditions karma is cause and effect, a teacher rather than a punishment. Healing it means learning the lesson so the pattern can complete.

How is karma healing different from past life regression?

Karma healing focuses on releasing patterns in this life; past life regression explores memories from previous lifetimes that may be their source.
