What you may experience
Prana: the life force behind wellbeing
Ancient traditions from India, China and Japan describe a life force (prana, qi, ki) that animates the body. When it flows freely we feel vital and clear; when it becomes depleted or congested we feel heavy, anxious or unwell.
Energy healing, including Pranic healing, scans the energy field, cleanses stagnant energy and re-energises depleted areas and chakras to restore balance, complementing (never replacing) medical care.
Salt and breath energy cleanse
- Dissolve a handful of sea salt in warm water and soak your hands or feet.
- Breathe in fresh energy through the crown of your head for four counts.
- Breathe out grey, tired energy into the salt water for six counts; repeat ten times.
- Pour the water away, imagining the heaviness returning to the earth to be transformed.
