Many spiritual traditions describe an aura: a subtle field of energy that surrounds every living being. Sensitive people describe seeing it as light or colour; others simply feel it, such as the warmth of a kind person or the heaviness of a tense room.

Aura colours shift with your mood, health and spiritual growth. Commonly shared meanings include:

- Blue: calm communication and truth
- Indigo: deep intuition and inner knowing

- Gold: divine protection and wisdom
- White: purity, new beginnings and spiritual connection
Keeping your aura bright
Your aura can become dull or thin through stress, poor sleep or draining environments. Time in nature, salt baths, sound healing, meditation and simply saying no when you need to all help restore it. Each day our home page shares an aura colour of the day for reflection.
